By accessing or using Novaonyx services, including our post-quantum Single Sign-On, Authentication, Secure Communications, and Video Conferencing platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Novaonyx provides enterprise-grade post-quantum security solutions built on NIST-standardized cryptographic algorithms:

  • Post-Quantum Single Sign-On (SSO): Quantum-resistant identity federation and session management
  • Quantum Authentication: Multi-factor authentication secured with CRYSTALS-Dilithium signatures
  • Secure Communications: End-to-end encrypted messaging and voice with CRYSTALS-Kyber key exchange
  • Secure Video Conferencing: Quantum-encrypted video meetings with real-time key rotation

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our infrastructure
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any proprietary technology
  • Use our encryption services to facilitate illegal activities
  • Exceed the usage limits associated with your subscription plan

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Novaonyx platform are owned by Novaonyx or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services in accordance with these terms.

6. Payment & Subscription

  • Paid features require a valid payment method and agreement to the applicable billing terms
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Our services are designed with a zero-knowledge architecture — we do not have access to your encryption keys, plaintext communications, or stored content.

8. Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime for our paid services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. Our Security page outlines our infrastructure and compliance posture.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novaonyx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period following termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
